This is essential so that one is able to stay away from getting bored. The fitness program should also try and include some amount of cross training so as to minimize the chances of possibly overusing or injuring any particular body part. Hence one can try various activities such as strength training, walking and even swimming. The most important part for a fitness program to be successful is to monitor ones progress at regular intervals. As one’s body gets used to a particular routine, one may need to modify the routine or increase the amount of time devote to exercising. While taking up any fitness activity one should always pay attention to their body and not push oneself too hard. Instead if one is feeling nauseous or dizzy or experiencing any pain then they should allow their body to rest.
